Shipping is free for customers in 48 contiguous US states via UPS GROUND
Shipping is free for customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico via USPS PARCEL POST *

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping available to major destinations via USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL. Any applicable entrance fees or customs duty charged by your country are not included and is the responsibility of the receiver upon receipt of package. For pricing, please contact Info@laurensauders.com
ORDER PROCESSING
CANYON COLLECTION: Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be shipped. DESIGN SERIES: Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be shipped. Items are rarely back ordered since we produce everything here in the studio. However if any delay should occur you will be contacted immediately.
RETURNS
Returns on CANYON COLLECTION designs are accepted within 10 days of receipt of your pillows. DESIGN SERIES items are not returnable. Any returned goods must be in unused condition and be accompanied by original receipt. All returns must have prior authorization, please contact Info@laurensauders.com for approval. Refund will be credited to your back to your card. You are responsible for return shipment cost, packages should be sent via UPS, FEDEX or Registered mail with signature confirmation. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
