Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. All non-sale items are made-to-order, please allow 3 to 7 days for hand-crafting in the studio. Sale items are in stock and available to ship out within 2 days after your order is confirmed. If you purchase made-to-order and sale items together, your shipment will be held until all items are complete. 


Standard shipping is FREE to destinations in the contiguous US, Hawaii, and Alaska. Shipping internationally or to US territories is not available at this time.

Orders are shipped from Ventura, CA via UPS Ground in most cases, but we may choose to ship your order via USPS Priority or USPS Ground. All shipping methods have tracking numbers for reference; when your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information. In some cases, shipments may be sent with SIGNATURE REQUIRED as an added protection to ensure you receive your order.

Once a package is handed over to UPS or USPS, it is their responsibility for delivery. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to delays in shipment or delivery of merchandise.


All items are non-returnable, final sale. Pieces are inspected prior to packaging for any quality problems. As each item is hand-made from natural materials, subtle variations may be visible but are not considered defects.


We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Paypal. To process payment by credit card or Apple Pay, you will be transferred to our merchant service provider, Stripe. To process payment by Paypal, you will be transferred to Paypal. All transactions are secured by SSL encryption.

Sales Tax

Only orders shipping to an address within the state of California are subject to California state tax and Ventura city sales tax.


Your privacy is taken seriously. Your information will not be sold, traded, or shared with anyone. When you place an order, the information you enter is used to fulfill the order and also for communication with you about the order. Your credit card information is not stored by us, payment processing is provided by our merchant service provider Stripe (or Paypal if you have selected that option).
